Rachel Davenport, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with Havana & Mason City Medical Associates. A native of Havana, she earned her Master’s Degree in Advanced Practice Nursing from Northern Kentucky University. She has been employed by Mason District Hospital as a nurse since 2015.

Rachel can evaluate the mental health needs of patients by conducting a psychiatric evaluation, identifying risk factors that may affect a patient’s mental health, and prescribing medications when appropriate. Rachel can see patients six years of age or older, and will treat a range of mental health diagnoses such as:

Major Depressive Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, ADHD, Schizophrenia, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Intermittent Explosive Disorder, and More!
