Job: Director of Performance Improvement/Risk Management/Infection Prevention & Control Practitioner:
Status: Full Time Monday—Friday; shares 24-hour responsibility for availability to respond to infection control concerns.
Performance Improvement: The purpose of the Director of Performance Improvement is to oversee the performance improvement plan and establish a timeline for completion of goals set forth within the plan. Collaborate with physicians and staff to develop performance management, patient safety, and complaint resolution programs. Monitor, evaluate and report on patient care outcomes in each department.
Risk Management: Has the responsibility for the monitoring and mitigation of all risks within the organization and to be the liaison between the organization and the Risk Liability provider.
Infection Prevention and Control Practitioner: Has the responsibility of performing surveillance activities as directed by the Infection Prevention/Control Committee. Must report to the local health department and other regulatory agencies. Responsible for all policies/procedures concerning infection prevention/control, educating the staff, performing inspection rounds throughout the hospital and clinics and participates in assigned committees.
Registered Nurse or a Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field with 2-3 experience in a healthcare setting. Strong, verbal and written communication skills. Able to handle stressful situation. Able to function as a team member. Effectively manage time through prioritization and organization skills. Able to pay attention to detail. Comply with federal, state and hospital policy/procedure and regulations. Able to be adaptable/flexible. Able to work independent, self-motivated with good decision-making skills. Demonstrates willingness to expand current knowledge. Computer skills involving knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
Status: Full Time—2nd Shift – Rotating weekends
Responsibilities: Must be a self-starter and be able to follow instructions. Must have a driver’s license. Must be willing to learn cleaning requirements for Surgery and Laundry and be available for off-hours call –in. Responsible for cleaning Manito Clinic & Home Health after hours.
Job: Home Health RN
Status: Full Time—72hr/pp including every 7th weekend or as needed.
Responsibilities: Registered Professional Nurse with current Illinois license, 2 years nursing experience. CPR certified. Valid Illinois driver license and proof of car insurance and be able to provide reliable transportation.
Job: Floor Care Technician
Status: Full – Time Second Shift (hours will vary)
Qualifications: Knowledge of floor cleaning techniques which include stripping, waxing, and buffing. Must be a self—starter and be able to follow instructions
JOB: Licensed Clinical Social Worker—Outpatient Therapist
Full-time Monday-Friday with possible weekend hours
Hours: must be flexible position includes departments: Home Health, Senior Advantage and Medical Clinics
