Floor Care Technician

Hours: Second shift -hours may vary (Full-Time)

Qualifications:

  • self-starter and able to follow instructions.
  • keep floors aesthetically pleasing, clean and free of microorganisms.
  • keep records of work performed via digital work order system.
  • perform light maintenance duties on floor equipment and as needed.
  • keep all equipment clean and free of dirt, dust and debris.
  • meet competency requirements for the position.

RN/LPN/CMA for MD Immediate Care

Hours: Varies: Monday- Friday 7:45am-6:00pm Saturday 9:00am- Noon (Full-Time)

Qualifications: Illinois license (RN/LPN), CPR certification, some medical office experience.


MAINTENANCE MECHANIC II

Hours: 7:00am–3:30pm (Mon-Fri.) Alternating Weekends

Qualifications:

The successful candidate must be a self-starter, and possess knowledge of general maintenance, including but not limited to:

  1. General preventive maintenance
  2. Painting and drywall repair
  3. Basic plumbing and electrical repairs
  4. Mowing and groundskeeping
  5. General facility modifications
  • Applicant must be willing to work in all hospital spaces, both interior and exterior, patient rooms, and medical clinics, using “Clean” working methods in all areas.
  • Applicant must be able to work weekends and on-call as required.
  • Must have valid Illinois Driver’s License, pass a post offer drug screening, and be in good physical health.
  • Applicant must be able to read and follow directions for all types of work.

Senior Advantage–Licensed Clinical Social Worker—Outpatient Therapist

Hours:  Monday- Friday/ 8:00AM-4:30PM (Full-Time)

Requirements:

  • LCSW is required, Master’s degree in Mental Health, Counseling, Social Work or Psychology
  • Illinois licensure
  • Support the organization’s mission along with sensitivity of cultural and workplace harmony
  • A valid driver’s license along with access to a vehicle
  • Ability to maintain confidential information within HIPAA guidelines and organizational policies
  • Ability to be flexible especially with scheduling and site locations and to perform, prioritize multiple functions and tasks.

Registered Nurse- Emergency Department

Hours:  6:30 am – 7 pm (Full- Time)

Qualifications:
Must have valid Illinois Registered Nurse Licensure.
ACLS and PALS required
TNCC or TNS preferred or willing to obtain
Minimum of 1 year of experience in nursing preferred
CPR Certification

Responsibilities: The ED RN ensures the delivery of and provides quality nursing care for patients of all ages presenting to the Emergency Department. The RN works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.


Medical Laboratory Scientist or Medical Laboratory Technician

Hours:  Varies w/weekends (Full- Time)

Qualifications: Graduate of accredited Medical Laboratory Program with ASCP certification within 6 months of hire.  Computer knowledge/skills; good decision making, good customer service, and phlebotomy skills.


Registered Nurse- Med/Surg Department

Hours of Work: 6:30am-7pm and 6:30pm-7am (Full Time, Every other weekend with alternating holidays)

Qualifications: The candidate must have a current Illinois Registered Nursing License with CPR, ACLS and PALS certifications or willing to obtain.


EMT, AEMT, or Paramedic

Hours of Work: PRN (Per Diem)

Qualifications:
Must have valid EMT, AMET, or Illinois Paramedic license.
ACLS, PALS, and PHTLS (or ITLS) required for AEMT and Paramedic applicants.
CPR required for all applicants.

Job Duties: The successful candidate will be responsible for treating ill and injured patients of all age groups. The EMT or Paramedic will perform skilled work while operating in an approved mobile medical unit, rescuing victims and performing advanced emergency care including the administration of life sustaining treatment to patients on-site and while in route to hospital. The candidate will be an active team member in the Emergency Department and be a positive influence in the organization.

Job Duties:
The ED RN ensures the delivery of and provides quality nursing care for patients of all ages presenting to the Emergency Department. The RN works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

The RN will incorporate caring for all patients in all settings, and includes, but is not limited to, all of the following: A comprehensive nursing assessment, the development of a plan of nursing care to be integrated within the patient centered health care plan, and setting goals to meet identified health care needs, determining nursing interventions, and implementation of nursing care through the execution of nursing strategies and regimens ordered or prescribed by authorized healthcare professionals. The Registered Nurse will administer medication in a timely manner. The nurse will delegate duties to comply with the patient’s current plan of care and advocate for patients. The Registered Nurse will evaluate responses to interventions and the effectiveness of the plan of care. The nurse must communicate and collaborate with other health care professionals as needed to ensure continuity of care.
