JOB: Licensed Clinical Social Worker—Outpatient Therapist
Full-time Monday-Friday with possible weekend hours
Hours: must be flexible position includes departments: Home Health, Senior Advantage and Medical Clinics

LCSW is required, Master’s degree in Mental Health, Counseling, Social Work or Psychology

A valid driver’s license along with access to a vehicle
Ability to maintain confidential information within HIPAA guidelines and organizational policies
Ability to be flexible especially with scheduling and site locations and to perform, prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
Communicate in a professional manner
Be able to work independently as well as a member of the healthcare team.

Hours of Work: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm FT X PT Temp
Qualifications: Illinois certification (CMA), CPR certification, medical office experience required. Willing to meet the staffing needs in multiple clinic locations. Highly motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Willing to work as part of a team to ensure excellent patient care. Computer experience preferred.
Job Title: HMA – Medical Office Clerk Date Required: ASAP
Hours of Work: Varies: Monday to Friday 36-40 hours per week Rotating every third Saturday in MDIC – 7:30 am – Noon

Qualifications: This position is 36-40 hours per week in the HMA Clinic with rotating Saturday’s in MD Immediate Care. Medical office and computer experience required. Electronic medical records experience preferred. Must possess a positive attitude. Exceptional patient relations experience required. Must have the ability to multi-task and work as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent required.
