Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Float: Full Time
Candidate must be a Licensed Practical Nurse with active State of IL licensure. Qualified applicants must be patient focused with the ability to adapt to the changing healthcare environment. Experience with an electronic medical record is preferred. Must be dependable, energetic, self-starter and possess excellent interpersonal skills. This diverse position will engage with all age groups while floating between three clinic locations within a 30-mile radius.
Job Title: Certified Medical Assistant Full Time
Candidate must be a Certified Medical Assistant with current CCMA or CMA certification. Qualified applicants must be patient focused with the ability to adapt to the changing healthcare environment. Experience with an electronic medical record is preferred. Must be dependable, energetic, self-starter and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Qualified applicants must be patient focused with the ability to adapt to the changing healthcare environment. Experience working with the public and utilizing an electronic medical record is preferred. Must be dependable, detail-oriented, energetic and possess exceptional interpersonal skills.
Job Title: Radiology Tech Date Required: ASAP
Hours of Work: M-F 8am-4:30pm FT PT PRN _X_
Qualifications: Illinois State License and ARRT Certification in Mammography
Conducts or participates in routine and specialized Radiographic, Mammography, CT, and possibly other procedures for which competency has been demonstrated. This requires independent judgment and the ability to adapt procedures to obtain specific diagnostic results under the direction of a Radiologist.
Applicant must be able to problem solve, self-motivate and be capable of critical thinking.
JOB: Licensed Clinical Social Worker—Outpatient Therapist
Full-time Monday-Friday with possible weekend hours
Hours: must be flexible position includes departments: Home Health, Senior Advantage and Medical Clinics
