
Kaitlyn Fields, is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner who joined Mason District Hospital in 2024. A proud native of Havana, Kaitlyn brings over a decade of nursing experience, with a focus on maternal, primary, and neonatal care.
Kaitlyn holds a Master’s in Nursing in Women’s Health from Frontier Nursing University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University, and a Diploma in Nursing from Graham Hospital School of Nursing. She welcomes new patients from puberty through adulthood for comprehensive gynecologic, sexual, reproductive, and menopause care. Additionally, Kaitlyn provides prenatal care, including antepartum and postpartum services, as well as sexual and reproductive healthcare for men. Kaitlyn takes a patient-centered approach, ensuring that care is inclusive, individualized, and respectful of all gender identities and patient values.

Kaitlyn is a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, bringing advanced expertise in menopause and perimenopause care. She provides compassionate, evidence-based guidance to help women navigate midlife with confidence and improved quality of life.
