Rachel Davenport, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with Havana, Manito, and Mason City Medical Associates. A native of Havana, she earned her Master’s Degree in Advanced Practice Nursing from Northern Kentucky University. She has been employed by Mason District Hospital as a nurse since 2015.

Rachel offers compassionate, personalized care—taking the time to truly understand your mental health needs through thorough evaluations, identifying any risk factors, and guiding your personalized medication plan when appropriate. She welcomes patients ages 6 and up and supports individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including: Major Depressive Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, ADHD, Schizophrenia, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Intermittent Explosive Disorder, and more.

  • No Referral Required: Simply have a Primary Care Provider.
  • GeneSight Testing Available: Allows healthcare providers to determine which medications might work best for each patient.
