Mason City Medical Associates has been offering medical care to
Mason City and surrounding communities since 2002. From infants to the elderly,
we are here to treat the entire family. Our team of experts offer superior

Appointments

Appointments can be made with a Mason City Medical Associate provider by calling
(217) 482-3400 during normal business hours. If calling
after hours, leave a message and it will be returned as quickly as possible. If
a scheduled appointment cannot be kept, please let the office know as soon as
possible. At that time an appointment can be rescheduled for a more convenient
time.

When You Visit

Please arrive early for appointments as this will allow plenty of time to
complete paperwork prior to seeing the provider. Bring a current insurance card
and photo ID to the scheduled appointment.

Payment

Payment is expected at the time of service. Arrangements for payment can be
made. Ask the receptionist for more information.

Specialty Care

OBGYN- Springfield Clinic Physician, Kristen Green, MD comes to Mason City
Medical Associates Clinic on the 4^th Monday each month to see
