A. Outpatient Therapy (PT, OT, SLP) – Mason District Hospital, adjacent to the Cardiac Rehab Department. Inpatient Therapy (PT, OT, SLP) Mason District Hospital Acute Medical Surgerical Floor to the left of the main lobby.
What are the hours of operation?
A. Mason District Hospital Outpatient PT, OT, SLP services are available Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. Inpatient Rehabilitation Services are offered Monday through Friday and one time during the weekend either Saturday or Sunday.
How can someone get therapy services?
A. Outpatients should call or stop in to make an appointment (bring physician prescription). Inpatient services will be specifically ordered by your physician.
How soon can someone get therapy services?
A. Outpatients can typically be scheduled for an appointment within 2 – days or sooner as available. Inpatients are seen by the therapists within 24 hours of receiving a physician referral.

Mason District Hospital Rehabilitation Services Department houses a NeuroCom Smart Balance machine, Baltimore Therapeutic Exercise machine, and many other state of the art pieces of exercise equipment in our newly renovated space. We also offer private assessment rooms for your therapy initial evaluation and follow up therapy treatment sessions. Additionally, as a hospital-based rehab department, emergency and other services are immediately available as needed.
