Appointments

Appointments can be made with a Mason City Medical Associate provider by calling (217) 482-3400 during normal business hours. If calling after hours, leave a message and it will be returned as quickly as possible.

If a scheduled appointment cannot be kept, please let the office know as soon as possible. At that time an appointment can be rescheduled for a more convenient time.

When You Visit

Please arrive early for appointments as this will allow plenty of time to complete paperwork prior to seeing the provider. Bring a current insurance card to the scheduled appointment.

Payment

Payment is expected at the time of service. Arrangements for payment can be made. Ask the receptionist for more information.
